Formerly an English teacher in France, Blandine arrived in Colorado Springs in February 2008 with her
family. In this adventure, she decided to start something completely new by creating her own business, as
she had dreamed of for a long time, in cooking FRENCH FOOD.She has always cooked, playing restaurant for her family as a kid, cooking healthy food as a student, and managing large and numerous balanced meals as a mother of 3. She wants to share with you her knowledge of French cooking the way she always had it at home. What she cooks is simple, good, made from fresh products (a lot of them being organic), healthy and FRENCH. FAMILY-STYLE COOKING is what she does but she also enjoys cooking number of various desserts from the already famous CHOCOLATE MOUSSE in Colorado Springs to the GOURMET FRUIT TARTS or SUMMER FRUIT SALAD, from the original BRITTANY CAKE to the soon-to-be-famous CHOCOLATE GOURMET TART. She just loves making desserts and hopes to make you discover what French pastries and desserts taste like. She wants to provide food that you can eat fresh, but also freeze for other days or take to work every day.
