HOW IT WORKS
  1. Call Chef Blandine for a free in-home consultation without any obligation.

  2. Chef Blandine will come to your home, discuss your tastes, preferences and possible allergies and see what plans suits you the best. You will fill out a questionnaire and Chef Blandine will discover your kitchen. This way she will have all the necessary information for designing your menu. A cooking date can be scheduled.

  3. She will then send you a customized menu within 2 days, that you can accept or make changes to.

  4. The cooking date is then confirmed and the necessary logistic arrangements can be done.

  5. On the cooking date, Chef Blandine will come to your house with fresh groceries and her own utensils, pots, small appliances... She will cook in your kitchen the chosen meals. Then depending on plans, she will package and label them with reheating instructions, store them in your fridge or freezer (or serve the dinner) and clean your kitchen, leaving it as if nothing happened. When you come home, you will have ready meals you can enjoy and a printed menu.

If you want to enjoy your party without having to wonder about planning, preparing, serving and cleaning, ask for the different possibilities. Chez Blandine will plan, shop, cook and serve, whether you wish a buffet, individual plating or just the preparation of the dinner you will serve to your guest.

If clients request specialty food, an addtional cost will be charged.
Clients are asked to purchase a set of reusable containers for storage purposes.
